As discussed at the Annual 2026 Prestwick Homeowners Association Meeting, dues of $635.00 are due for 2026 no later than March 31, 2026.

Please pay this amount by March 31, 2026, to avoid any Late Fees. You can see details of your current outstanding balance on our Website at prestwickhoa.com.

Dues can be paid using any of the options below:

1. ONLINE - You can now pay through our Website at prestwickhoa.com. Simply login and you can pay by credit card or ACH (some processing fees may apply).
2. ZELLE - You can Zelle your payment to the Prestwick HOA Zelle account - prestwickhomeowners@gmail.com
3. MAIL - You can mail your check to the address below. Please make your check to Prestwick HOA and note that checks are taking 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
